The Essex 2007 Hot Air Balloon and Kite Festival is being held in Chelmsford. It is a first for the county and looks set to be a big event.

 The 2007 Hot Air Balloon and Kite Festival will be the first one Essex has 
 seen.



 It is taking place at Montpeliers in Chelmsford. Enthusiasts from all over 
 the country and abroad will be meeting to share their love of kites and hot 
 air balloons.



 The festival is being supported by BBC Essex and one of the many highlights 
 of the weekend will be the night burn, accompanied by music and fireworks.



 If balloons and kites aren't enough for you then there will also be a 
 fairground, craft and food marquees and other entertainment.



 Ticket prices are £7 for adults and £5 for children. A family ticket (2 
 adults, 2 children) will cost £22.



 If purchased on the day tickets will cost £10 for adults, £5 for children 
 and a family ticket will cost £25.
